If Niblet is not doing what it should, send us the details and we will help you work through it.

Write to [email protected]. We read support messages ourselves.

To help us find the problem, include:

  • Which display you are using, such as Niblet One or Tidbyt Gen 1.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • The exact error message, if there was one.
  • A photo or short video when the problem is visible on the display.
  • Your firmware version, if you can see it.

Never send a Wi-Fi password, device token, recovery key, card number, or account password.
